EVERYONE PLEASE don't forget to get an adult/teacher/old person to sign your attendance sheets, please please pretty please - I can't remember all your times and I really can't just give you credit for hours if there's no administrative signature. As of now I'm putting your hours down anyway if I remember that you were there but once marching band ends and more people come back that might be a problem~~!

This is the Halloween Parade week, everyone - it'll be between classes (probably 2:20 to 3:40 ish) so we'll probably be all lumped together.

A couple of things -
1. Please take care of your shirts, I don't know if I mentioned this at the beginning of the year but we'll be collecting them for next year's volunteers. Albert, please return the shirt you borrowed a couple weeks ago for the marrow drive and Chanthia, haha, please bring me the shirt Steph gave you this weekend during break~

2. Once marching band and debate ends and everyone can come back we need to discuss fundraisers - these shirts don't pay for themselves ! Hate to sound stuffy, but it's true so we'll get that under way as soon as possible

Good job last week, guys! We don't need that many people this week, but everyone please be ready to come for October 31st for the Halloween parade (feel free to dress up, haha)! I will try to update all the hours on here, sorry for slacking lately!!

Remember that unless I schedule you for a time slot, even if you do come in I won't be able to give you credit for it =( We just have way too many people this year, my sincerest apologies.

Please wear your shirts to this week's volunteer session. We are partially responsible for a bone marrow drive for a 15 year old boy with leukemia. The lady who's running it actually specifically asked for our assistance; she saw us working a couple weeks back and was impressed by how great we worked with everyone, and contacted the school asking if we could help out. This is the first chance to show not only our school administration but other non-CS related groups how awesome we are as well!

Anyone who's working the 1:30 shift please come at 1:15 instead, we need "training" for this marrow drive.

Please confirm by posting here that you can or cannot come. Once the marching band stuff settles down and people can start coming regularly, a set schedule should be able to be used instead of choosing people for every week; I'll keep you all updated.

I'll probably stop using FB to remind you guys about this thing, lol, might deactivate soon anyways...but remember to check here every Thursday/Friday-ish...I think you can follow it with email or something, that'd just make your life so much easier.

We have WAY too many people for everyone to come every week, so I split you guys into groups of 2, and we'll have one group come each week. For weeks with a lot of work (the next couple, Chinese New Year, graduation ceremonies, etc), I'll probably ask more of you to come in.
